Very happy with this purchase. Each pair individually wrapped. Easy to separate. A little longer than I expected but not a problem, actually better with saimin and ramen.Excellent quality, made in USA. Each pair of chopsticks completely sealed in paper for cleanliness. Splinter free, very pleased - best chopsticks I’ve purchased in years. Will definitely reorder.I'm sure you've been to Asian restaurants and used many different chopsticks. Some restaurants use cheap chopsticks that break when you break the two pieces apart. Others you've used that are sturdy and made to last your entire meal. Well these are the nicer ones you find at more of a sit down Asian restaurants! Don't waste your money on cheap ones!I bought some disposable chopsticks from other seller before but they were poor quality. But this one is way much better quality! Very happy about this purchase!It's sturdy and long enough to handle it better.I'm almost 100% positive this is the same kind of chopsticks our favorite Vietnamese and Chinese restaurants use. Each pair is wrapped, and you simply open them and snap them apart - itadakimasu!I've always loved eating with chopsticks. There is something about eating with them that makes the meal seem special. I also think it helps you to SLOW DOWN when eating, which can be beneficial to your waistline. And while, sure, these are disposable, I'd much rather use and dispose of these than cheap plastic which will live for eons in a landfill (or worse).I plan on taking half of these and sending the other half with my husband. For those days when we need and forget a utensil, we'll be covered. Seriously. Eating with chopsticks like this can make even the most banal and tired leftovers or frozen dinner seem a bit more worthwhile. DO IT.I do a lot of Chinese cooking for myself and others, and that means I use a lot of chopsticks. Typically I buy made in China imports at my local Asian supermarket, in packs of 50 or 100. The quality of those chopsticks is variable. Most are nicely finished, but some are full of splinters and splits. You never know until you unwrap them. That’s not unique to that store; I’ve gotten a lot of bad chopsticks in restaurants, too. I’ve opened a dozen pairs of these chopsticks, and not only are they cleanly machined with a smooth surface finish, every set has been flawless. The wrapper says that they’re made in the USA, and I can’t help wonder if that’s what accounts for the difference.I do not clean and re-use these chopsticks. For me they are one-use.They are good quality, almost on par with what my local takeout place uses. I don't have to worry if the restaurant remembered to include a pair.
