I've used this every day for two weeks and don't plan to stop. This is a creamy white serum that spreads easily and absorbs well, but does leave your skin feeling a little sticky. You get 40ml when most other serums are only 30ml, and I appreciate that little extra. While the listing only mentions some of the reasons it's a brightening serum, the biggest reason I like it is that niacinamide is high on the ingredients list. While it doesn't specify how much niacinamide it has, based its position in the ingredients list and the color and consistency of the serum, my guess is that it's 5 - 10%. With all the different kinds of hyaluronic acid I find this is really hydrating, and I really like it. I will definitely keep using this serum.I also really like the insert for the dropper. It holds the dropper well while in use and I have no issues with serum spilling onto the neck like I do with most other serums. The dropper is also super thin, and I love that. Each of the products in True Island's Alaska Aqua line of skincare has a kind of gimmicky addition to fit the glacial theme. This one has a slight cooling effect and light sea salt smell (I do enjoy the fragrance, actually). It's non-offensive, but they're also unnecessary additions adding to the ingredients list.Though the line is themed, I don't feel the need to use all of the products together at once. I'm happy to use this serum in the morning, the cream at night, and would be OK with skipping the cleanser even though I find it nice. I haven't tried the toner or mask, but would love to because I really have enjoyed the rest of this line.
