[Where is it produced?] We grow perilla and sesame seeds directly in Chilgok, Gyeongsangbuk-do. This is a clean area without a single factory chimney and the daily temperature range is large, making it a good place for perilla and sesame seeds to grow.
[Rich in Omega 3] Omega 3 is not synthesized in the body, so it must be consumed externally. NONGBU PLUS Perilla/Sesame Oil are made by cold-pressing perilla/Sesame seeds to highly concentrate and preserve the fresh nutrients of perilla/sesame seeds. Light Roasted Perilla/Sesame Oil is an oil that is lightly roasted at a low temperature to enhance the flavor and scent of perilla/sesame seeds.
[Patented Facility] We hold a Korean patent on the manufacturing method and manufacturing device for raw perilla/sesame oil with the highest omega-3 fatty acid content. Since the oil is extracted in such facilities, it is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, etc.
[Roasting technique] In order to preserve the taste and scent, it is often roasted at high temperatures, but in fact, there are various roasting techniques. Instead of the existing method, the FIR(Far Infrared Roasting) System was applied to preserve nutrition, taste, and scent at once. *Cold Pressed Perilla Oil is cold-pressed using raw perilla seeds without roasting.
[FIR System] The general roasting method tends to heat the inside of the perilla/sesame seeds, which often results in the outer surface of the perilla/sesame seeds burning. Far-infrared roasting evenly roasts the inside of the perilla/sesame seeds, preventing them from burning.
